If you're using a non-browser based Email Client to access your Bloomland hosted emails, please make sure that your email client's server settings for these email accounts are set up correctly in accordance with the follwowing guidelines.
Bloomland hosted Email Services platform use the following Server settings in non-browser based Email Clients:
- User ID or Account: (this is the User ID or Account used to log into the email server)
Your User Account is your FULL email address. (e.g. john@test.com)
- POP3 or IMAP4 Incoming/Receiving Server: mail.<your email domain>.<tdl>
e.g.: If your email address is john@test.com, then your Incoming/Receiving Server setting should be:
mail.test.com
Note: Some customers may have an alternate or custom server prefix name (such as "pop3.", "imap.") setup for their use. In that case, substitute the prefix "mail." with their alternate or custom prefix in the server name specified above. If you're not sure what server prefix has been assigned to your account, please contact Bloomland's Technical Support for details.
e.g.: pop3.test.com or imap.test.com
Additional Settings:
Incoming/Receiving Server Requires Secure Connection (SSL): MUST NOT be Selected
Incoming/Receiving Server Requires Authentication: MUST be Selected
Incoming/Receiving Server Port (for POP3): 110
Incoming/Receiving Server Port (for IMAP4): 143
- SMTP Outgoing/Sending Server: (SAME as Incoming/Receiving Server setting)
mail.<your email domain>.<tdl>
Note: Some customers may have an alternate or custom server prefix name ("smtp.") setup for their use. In that case, substitute the prefix "mail." with their alternate or custom prefix in the server name specified above. If you're not sure what server prefix has been assigned to your account, please contact Bloomland's Technical Support for details.
e.g.: smtp.test.com

Outgoing/Sending SMTP Server Requires Secure Connection (SSL): MUST NOT be Selected
Outgoing/Sending SMTP Server Requires Authentication: MUST be Selected
